Family and Food

What Drives Me, Every Damn Day

I didn’t grow up dreaming of running a butcher shop. But I’ve always been obsessed with real food — food with soul, with stories, with purpose.

Opening Aron’s Butchers wasn’t about trends. It was about legacy. It was about craft. It was about building something from the ground up that I could be proud of — and that one day, my kids could be proud of too.

A Butcher’s Work Is Never Just Work

Every cut that leaves our counter carries my name. That matters to me. It means the meat has been carefully sourced, properly handled, and cut with skill — not shortcuts. This shop was built on early mornings, sharp knives, and sharper standards. We don’t rush the process. We respect it. That’s the difference you taste.

Food That Connects Us

Food isn’t just what we eat — it’s how we gather. A perfectly seared steak, a roast cooked low and slow, a sausage made with real ingredients and real care — those things mean something. They remind us to sit down. To talk. To laugh. To share. That’s why we care so much about what leaves our shop. Because we know it ends up on your table — with your people.

Why I Show Up Every Day

I’ve got kids. And I want them to grow up knowing what it looks like to build something with your hands and your heart. I’m not doing this to build an empire. I’m doing it to build something real. Something rooted. Something that lasts. They’re too young to understand now — but one day, they’ll get it.

It’s More Than Meat

At the end of the day, we don’t just cut meat. We cut through the noise. We do things the right way, even when it’s harder. Because quality doesn’t come easy — but it always pays off. So yeah in this shop? It’s the fire, the food, and the family that keep me going.

Come in. Ask questions. Try something new.
We’re not just your butcher — we’re part of your table now.
