Aron’s Butchers Loyalty Card Program – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    • The Loyalty Card Program (“Program”) is open to individual retail customers of Aron’s Butchers.

    • The Program is not available to wholesale or trade accounts.

    • By participating, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  2. Participation

    • Customers will receive:
      • 1 stamp for each qualifying transaction of AUD $40 or more in a single purchase.
      • 2 stamps for each qualifying transaction of AUD $100 or more in a single purchase.

    • Only one transaction per visit is eligible for stamps, regardless of total spend.

    • A valid Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive stamps. Stamps cannot be backdated.

  3. Rewards

    • A fully stamped card entitles the holder to AUD $15 off their next eligible purchase.

    • The discount must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple purchases.

    • The discount is not redeemable for cash or credit.

  4. Exclusions

    • Stamps will not be issued, and rewards cannot be redeemed, on the purchase of gift vouchers.

    • The Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers, unless expressly stated by Aron’s Butchers.

  5. Limitations

    • Only original Loyalty Cards will be accepted; damaged, altered, or photocopied cards are void.

    • Loyalty Cards are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

    • Only one Loyalty Card may be used per customer per transaction.

  6. Redemption

    • Completed cards must be surrendered at the time of redemption.

    • Staff may request identification to confirm the card belongs to the redeemer.

    • Aron’s Butchers reserves the right to refuse redemption if fraud or misuse is suspected.

  7. Liability

    • Aron’s Butchers accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

    • Aron’s Butchers will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Program.

  8. Variation and Termination

    • Aron’s Butchers reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.

    • Any such changes will not affect stamps already issued but may affect future accrual or redemption.

  9. Governing Law

    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

    • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria
